Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for the following items at Samzz Collections:

  • Customized or personalized gifts

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer

  • Gift cards


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at contact@samzzcollections.in with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the refund

  • Clear photos showing any damage or defect (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund process.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
